International Regional Sales Manager- Africa

Africa 2017-03-17

Job Purpose: Responsible for sales and promotion of electrical components in Africa utilizing dealer channel as well as marketing product lines direct to product manager. Also serve as application and technical specialist in support of sales.

Duties:

Develop  business in the assigned region in respect to finding new  Dealers as well as promote our brands to leaning contractors where distribution is not available.

Work with credit department on Letters of Credit.

Communicate timely technical solutions to global dealers, contractors and end users.

Work with International Inside Sales Coordinator at respective factory (1) expedite international orders; (2) follow up on outstanding credit / warranty issues.

Lead international training initiatives for products for dealers, contractors and end users.

Work directly with Dealers and potential up-fitters in local assembly of waterblasters and vacuum trucks.

Communicate to factory any and all issues regarding unit build, service, engineering and order expediting.

Manage internal pricing programs as designated by Group Director International Sales and update customer profile and relative account information.

Understand compliance requirements of the International Market and potential impact to our customers;

Assist Director, Global Strategy & Business Development in analyzing market opportunities .

Analyze commercialization of special designed units to broader market; .

Submit Monthly Activity Reports and Meeting Minutes as required.

Conduct quarterly Dealer Meetings to review sales activities, competitive environment, rental utilization etc.
