Yueqing County Great Wall Low Voltage Electrical Appliance Factory, the predecessor of Huanyu Electric, was founded.

1989-1995
In 1996, 10+ enterprises from Shanghai, Hangzhou and Tianshui together set up the "China Huanyu Grourp".
In 2000, the HU series, Huanyu Group’s self-developed product, was launched.
In 2003, the HUM8 series was listed in the Torch Programme, a China’s science and technology development programme.
In 2004, Huanyu Group Wenzhou Bridge Industrial Park was brought into operation.
In 2006, the postdoctoral research station was approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security of PRC and the value of output exceeded 1 billion yuan for the first time.
In 2007, Huanyu Group was listed among the Top 500 Chinese Enterprises published by the National Bureau of Statistics of China and was awarded “Outstanding Contribution Award” in Wenzhou.
In 2013, Huanyu Group (Shanghai) Intelligence Industry Park was put into use in Pudong District, Shanghai.

1996-2014
In 2015, Huanyu Group carried out material asset reorganization.
In 2016, HUYU was listed on Top 100 companies in China's electrical industry, and ranked 300th among Top 500 companies in China’s manufacturing.
In 2018, The intelligent terminal electrical products were launched and Huanyu high technology center was awarded “Provincial Enterprise Research Institute” in Zhejiang.
In 2019, HUYU was granted the quality certificate of “DEFINED QUALITY”.
Huanyu Hi-Tech won the Wenzhou Mayor Quality Award in 2020
In 2020, Huanyu High-tech won “Wenzhou Mayor Quality Award”; Huanyu High-tech’s quality testing center was awarded Laboratories Accredited by CNAS; Huanyu Group signed joint venture agreement with Eaton.

2015-2020
On March 30, 2021, Huanyu Hi-Tech Co., Ltd. was officially established. Jointly founded by Huanyu Group and Eaton Group, it is a high-tech Chinese enterprise focused on the production and sales of low-voltage electrical components.
In 2021, the intelligent production line for miniature circuit breakers was launched.
In 2022, the Huanyu Huizhi product series was officially launched.
In 2023, the intelligent production line for air circuit breakers (ACBs) was put into operation.
In 2023, Huanyu Hi-Tech was honored with the title of “Leading Industrial Enterprise of Wenzhou” for the year.
On November 7, 2023, Eaton Huanyu Electromechanical (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. was officially established.
In 2024, the full range of Huanyu's NE New Energy Series was newly launched and upgraded.
In 2025, Huanyu High-Tech was recognized as a “Provincial-Level Digital Workshop.”
